Very simply stated our approach to management can be summed up in 3 words:
Professional - This is not a hobby or sideline. This is our business. The Owner is a Licensed Realtor. The team is made up of a retired licensed realtor and several contractors. We take this seriously and promise to treat you Professionally.
Courteous - We feel the "Golden Rule" fits well in our business. We make every attempt to resolve challenges in a way that everyone walks away satisfied and content.
Prompt - No one likes to wait ! Our goal is to respond to your inquires within 24 hrs. Quick response means satisfied tenants. Satisfied tenants stay and pay on time.

Our Story
I started Kingsman management in Jan 2019. For several years my real estate clients would ask me to manage the investment properties they purchased. I would say no! I would also hear about the difficulties they had in managing their own properties. So finally I decided to help.

Owner
Tim is a 2nd generation Realtor. He has a background in Sales, Customer service and Construction. He and his wife Linda lived abroad for several years and after returning to the area he turned his attention to real estate. Tim says " I always was loved going into different homes with my Mom when she showed houses, and I learned a lot from her and my Dad about how to manage investment properties"
