- A criminal record check, credit check, employment and earnings verification are part of our screening process.
- Provide Leases
- Because our owner is a Licensed Realtor we can provide leases and assist in completing them properly
- Regular inspections
- Regularly being on site gives us the opportunity to observe the current condition of the property and have regular communication with the tenants.
- Property maintenance
- We have established relationships with Licensed Contractors. This means our clients get priority service.
- Assist with eviction
- - If necessary we will go to the magistrate to get things straightened out.
- And yes ...we collect the rent
- Deposits made to your account.
- We can even accept credit cards on your behalf.
